Offering 40+ in-studio and livestream classes per week, with experienced yoga teachers to help you find the movement that’s is right for you. Our classes are available for everyone – every age, every body type and every ability.

CLASS STYLES AT LYFE

YOGA LYFE Gentle— Level 1-2

LYFE Gentle is designed for students that are new to yoga, students who are returning to their yoga practice, or those who prefer a gentler practise with additional focus on alignment, core and posture

Join a safe and supportive environment where students will be guided through the physical shapes and principles of yoga. This style is a slowed down flow, including gentle standing and balance work so we can immerse everyone to the foundations and fundamentals of the practice. 

Recommended for all, suitable for new students

YOGA LYFE Yin Yoga –– Level 1-2

Yin Yoga is a slow paced class suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yin Yoga stretches the connective tissues of the body, increasing circulation and improving flexibility. In a quiet atmosphere poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing target areas to soften and release. Props are often used to support therapeutic shapes – a great balance for regular flow practitioners, helpful for cyclists, runners, walkers and nurtures better rest for all of us.

 

YOGA LYFE Slow Flow –– Level 1-3

Slow Flow is a low to medium intensity class. Suitable to all students.

You will move slowly through transitions and poses, with a focus on finding ease in your body and mind, like a moving meditation – it may be slower, but expect to still build strength and resilience physically, and find self compassion and deeper connection emotionally.

A slower paced mindful practice to regulate your nervous system and cultivate ease.

 

YOGA LYFE Flow –– Level 2-3

A Vinyasa Flow is a medium to high intensity class. For those with some yoga experience through to intermediate students.

You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional postures, linking breath with movement to generate greater flexibility and build muscular strength and agility. Flow offers a stronger practice, with a variety of poses and provides an opportunity to advance your practice through arm balances, inversions and backbends.

An uplifting class that will raise your heart rate, energise your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul.

YOGA LYFE Flow and Release- Level 1-3

Flow and Release classes are the perfect class for students who’d like to experience the benefits of both a vinyasa flow, and the more subtle movement of yin yoga classes.

The first half of the class we will focus on movement, opening and warming the body and connecting breath to flow. The second half is focused on release, using a range of yin, myofascial and restorative yoga before we come to stillness. 

It’s the best of both worlds and it’s hard to describe just how amazing it feels until you’ve experienced it for yourself.

YOGA LYFE Mat Pilates –– Level 1-3

With a strong focus on movement with breath, these dynamic classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body. 

Therapeutic for all levels.

A chance to dig in deeper. Guest teachers sharing their own unique style and practice. Incorporating pranayama, asana, and meditation… come together as a yoga community to practice with some great yoga teachers. 

Suitable for students with some previous experience through to intermediate.

 

YOGA LYFE Prenatal Yoga –– Level 1-2

This supportive and inspiring class offers facts and techniques to provide an optimal, joy-filled journey into motherhood.  

Suitable for all trimesters, including postnatal.

  

YOGA LYFE Express –– Level 1-3

Our lunchtime express classes are a wonderful opportunity to move your body, open your heart and refresh your mind. All levels are welcome.
