CANCELLATION/REFUND/SUSPENSION POLICY
No refunds or extensions offered for intro pass.

Monthly membership can be canceled anytime with 7 days notice after the first 3 months by emailing hello@yogalyfe.com.au. All requests for cancellation must be provided in writing. Monthly memberships may be suspended for a maximum of 30 days in a 12 month period. Request for suspension must be emailed to hello@yogalyfe.com.au. Seven days notice is required for suspension of membership.

At Yoga LYFE, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure experience for all our customers. As part of this commitment, we our a cashless operation which allows us to streamline our transaction process, ensuring efficiency and safety for both our clients and staff. The majority of our transactions are conveniently handled online through Mindbody. This means that before attending any class or session at our studio, customers can easily complete their purchases or bookings through our user-friendly online platform. This system not only saves time but also provides a hassle-free experience, allowing our clients to focus on enjoying their class rather than worrying about payment logistics.
For those who prefer to handle transactions in person or might need to make last-minute payments, our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art EFTPOS machine, which facilitates secure and quick card transactions. This method of payment aligns with our goal to maintain a safe and organised environment within our studio. It also supports our endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint by minimising the use of paper.
As a cashless business, we are also ensuring the highest level of financial hygiene, which is increasingly important in today's world. It allows for better record-keeping and reduces the risks associated with handling cash. We believe this approach is in the best interest of everyone involved - our valued customers and our dedicated team.
