Ayurveda & Yoga: Aligning with the Rhythms of Life

Ayurveda reminds us that wellbeing is not something we achieve — it is something we attune to.

In this immersive session, Indu Arora shares the foundations of Ayurvedic wisdom and how they inform yoga practice, breath, and daily life. You’ll explore the Five Elements, the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and how seasonal and circadian rhythms influence physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Through reflection, discussion, and guided practice, we reconnect with the pulse of nature — where Yoga and Ayurveda meet as one living system.

Key themes include:

  • The relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda

  • Understanding doshas and elemental balance

  • Living in rhythm with daily and seasonal cycles

  • Recognising signs of balance and imbalance

  • Practical self-care rooted in awareness

You’ll learn:
