30 Days 30 Poses Challenge

We recommend taking time to move through cat/cow to warm the spine before trying these videos that will instruct general form of poses, include some modifications and variations to try. The videos are meant to encourage you to practice individual poses, to experience them with your breath in your body, and to help cultivate an overall appreciation of strategies to truly feel yourself more fully in each shape. Each day we build through a sequence of core strength, standing poses, hips openers, back bends, twists and forward folds. Continue to practice poses individually, or use to select a sequencial series of poses as a longer practice.

We strongly urge you to pay close attention to how your body feels in each of the asana, and if you experience any discomfort or pain do not continue, and seek medical advice where needed.
