COVID-19 Safety Protocol
THE STUDIO IS OPEN with new changes to ensure maximum safety for all in this time of global pandemic. We will operate according to national guidelines with a reduced capacity of 10 students per class and 1.5 metres physical distance between each mat. We will continue to LIVESTREAM classes as well. We cannot wait to greet you in the studio!
Here's what you need to know about how to book, when to arrive, what to bring, and more when coming to an in-person class.
PRE-BOOK YOUR CLASS
We will now only accept online bookings for classes through MindBody, and full contact details of email and phone number must be included for contact tracing requirements. In response to COVID-19 all classes will require pre booking and pre payment online. Please note: Online bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the class start time. If you fail to show up for class you will be charged $15.
ARRIVE ON TIME
To prevent congregation and congestion between classes the studio will open 15 minutes before class begins. Please use the hand sanitiser in the carriageway before entering the studio. Door will be locked during class.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We have marked the floor to allow 1.5 meters between each student. We will start with 10 students per class with 1 teacher. Until further notice we will not be offering physical assists, we will instruct with verbal instructions and visual demonstration only. There will be no partner practices.
MATS AND EQUIPMENT
We no longer offer studio mats or props whilst we are responding to the global pandemic. Please bring your own props, including mats, blankets and if you have them blocks.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND INJURY
Please do not come if you are unwell. Anyone with serious medical conditions or injuries should consult their GP prior to beginning or resuming a yoga practice, and especially anyone that is immune compromised must get clearance from their health professional before attending a class. Advise the teacher of any current conditions or injuries prior to the start of class. Private sessions are available as an alternative to joining a group class, talk to us about a time and teacher that may suit your needs.
